February 20, 2013 is a date we gain another experience after a new experience on the same date last year. We were summoned to attend a hearing upon 1 case we filed against a workshop on Baru 11, Cheras, Dynamics Auto Services SB. It's regarding the workmanship to our beloved WGD.

We filed the case on February 13th, 2013 and given 7 days after the date for hearing. That's was fast, kudos TTPM n KPDNKK!

The procedure is simple :
i) We get the form (Borang 1 - yellow) from the counter in Level G, KPDNKK, mungkin kaunter one-stop centre dia. Fill the form (in four sets) and attach all the proof related.
ii) Bring the filled-up form to the Tribunal counter in Level 5, Podium to file the case with RM5 as the fee.
iii) Your case will be filed and you will be giventhe date of hearing. In return, you'll be given a red form (Borang 2) kalau tak salah to be handover to Pihak Yang Menentang either by hand (and get your copy sealed by PYM) or by AR post only. So we decided to handover sendiri borang tapi bila kita sampai workshop tu, they were close from 09.02-19.02 for CNY. So after get the advice from TTPM officer, kami letakkan borang yang siap dibalut takut kena hujan dam buat Akuan Bersumpah.

iv) Wait for your hearing date!

So on the day itself, we arrived there (n still here while writing this) at 9.40 as we were told that the hearing will start at 1000. So we waited in the tribunal court, hearing few cases, solved and unsolven cases, till we were call upon at 11.45. Then, we were given 10 minutes to discuss with Pihak Yang Menentang (PYM) but we didn't get the solution. We were offered a grand to solve it in spite our claim amounting of RM4580 (yeah, xde la byk mana pun).

So we get in to the court back to proceed with the hearing but unfortunately, PYM have yet to file their file. Kena tggu lagi till 1400. So, I got to do my 'daily routine' for my baby Syakir first. Will update more after the hearing! An experience indeed.
